The Tension Community Challenge:
HAVE AN “UNPLUGGED” DAY. NO MEDIA, PHONE OR INTERNET.
THERE ARE 3 RULES:
•••1 • No screens at all. Computer, phone or TV. No magazines either. Books are ok!
2 • You have to tell us about it. Post it on our Facebook group or on Slack channel under the hashtag #yctensionchallenge. That way we can all follow along and cheer you on!
3 • Have a journal near you so you can write down your thoughts as they come. The idea here is to give your brain the space it needs to deal with the everyday tensions in your life. With so many distractions everyday, it’s easy to ignore our tensions.
